The Forum was traditionally attended by authorities of the Siberian Federal Okrug, Novosibirsk Oblast Administration, Chief Directorate of Justice for Novosibirsk Oblast, Federal Antimonopoly Service Department for Novosibirsk Oblast, local businesses, and leading regional and federal legal operators. This year, the Forum has attracted the attention of some global foreign legal firms, e.g. PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
The Forum participants have been welcomed by Nadezhda Boltenko, a member to the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly, and Vladimir Gorodetsky, Governor of Novosibirsk Oblast.
At the invitation of the Forum organizers it was visited by Andrey Yegorov, Candidate of Sciences in Law, First Deputy Chairman of the Council of S.S. Alekseyev Private Law Research Center under the President of the Russian Federation; Oleg Zaitsev, Candidate of Sciences in Law, Master in Private Law, Consultant of S.S. Alekseyev Private Law Research Center under the President of the Russian Federation; Mikhail Shvarts, Candidate of Sciences in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Litigation at the Faculty of Law, Saint Petersburg State University; Aleksandr Latyev, Candidate of Sciences in Law, Head of Foreign Economic Activity and Private International Law Legal Practice of INTELLECT-S Group, Associate Professor of Ural State Law Academy.
The Forum participants numbered more than 120 people in total.
The Forum participants have discussed recent changes in the current civil and procedural legislation, new technologies in the legal business, legal risk management and topical issues related to the interaction of lawyers and the state.
